For customers purchasing a new home from Steve Taylor & Partners prior to 30 April 2012 the National Australia Bank will accept the $10,000 Building Boost Grant as part of the deposit.
The $10,000 Building Boost Grant is payable for each New Home purchased between 1 August 2011 and 30 April 2012.
Do you realise if you purchase a $463,000 Investment Home (including land) on Nil deposit using equity
(P&I over 30 yrs) your contribution would be only $241.00 per week; or as little as $181.00 per week using a 10% Deposit (including the $10,000 Building Boost Grant) $80 - $180 tax bracket.
